OPTIONAL FEATURES AND THEIR ASSOCIATED COSTS
Transferred or Secondary Transport $.25 per minute.
*If your calls must be rerouted from our call center to your home, office, etc. You must pay an
additional $.25 per minute for actual transferred duration. We will not charge this $.25 per minute
transfer transport cost if we are transferring the calls to an 800 or toll free number.
You would then be incurring that cost with your 800 number provider.
24 Hour Back Door Access $50 per month
*This feature provides you with a nationwide 800 number for 24 hour instant access to your
program for up to the minute call counts, remote updating, and maintenance of your program.
This fee covers up to 200 minutes per month. Additional minutes are billed to you at $.25
per minute.
Fax On Demand $50 per month, $5 per stored page, plus $.25 per minute for fax back
transport
*This feature allows your callers to receive an instant hard copy of information instead of simply
listening to voice recordings.
Options & Programming $.75 - $5.00 per menu selection
*For interactive programs, each stored menu selection is $5 per option or per extension per month.
This is not a per call charge. It is for the whole program for the entire month. For example, if
your 900 number says press 1, press 2, or press 3, that would be three options or $15
programming fee per month. The first 25 extensions or menu selections on your 900 number
are charged $5 per menu selection or per extension per month. The next 25 are charged to
you at $2.50 per menu selection per month. Menu selections 51-100 are charged at $1.25
per option per month. Each menu selection or extension over 100 is charged to you
at $.75 per option or per extension per month.
Call Transfer Fee $50 per 900 number per month
*If call transferring is associated with your 900 line, there will be a $50 monthly feature fee.
This gives you unlimited call transferability. For multiple transferring locations and numbers,
there are no additional charges!
Vanity number search fee $50 per 900 number
*A vanity number is one that you specially select. You must choose from the list of available
MCI Worldcom ® prefixes. There is no charge to you if we search and you do not take one of the numbers.
If you do go with one of the numbers we came up with on our search, we will charge you
a one time $50 fee. There is no 900 number assignment charge if you take the next randomly
assigned number from our MCI Worldcom ® database.
Password and/or Pin Code Storage and Dispensing fee $50 per 900 number per month
*This fee applies to any 900 number application requiring the maintenance and automatic
assigning of usernames, passwords, and/or pin codes. This applies whether the code is static
or is unique for every caller.
Turnkey Dateline Fee $199 Monthly
*This is a monthly programming fee for a dateline. Due to the complex programming involved,
instead of $5 per menu selection or per extension, a flat monthly fee will be charged for
programming which will give you unlimited extensions and categories, enable browsing, message
notification, live direct connect, and remote back door access of up to 200 minutes per month for
call counts.
Transcription $.50 per entry
*This consists of us transcribing off of your 900 number, a name, address, and phone number.
We then can provide this information in a fax, as an upload, or on a disk. The frequency depends
on your volume. This cost may vary if different information is required from your callers.
Consultation Fee $75 per hour
*This fee is assessed when an individual or company needs additional time with one of our 900
number specialists. This includes, sales, accounting, legal, technical, conceptual, or any other
facet of the 900 industry. Of course, our customer service is always FREE!
All Changes, Rate Changes, Programming Changes, or Preamble Length Changes
are $50 per change
